A delegation from Oman Parliamentary Friendship Group in the European Union (EU) Parliament, headed by Ramona Manescu, Head of the Oman Parliamentary Friendship Group on Wednesday paid a visit to the special economic zone in Duqm to view the projects being implemented and the available investments opportunities. During the visit, the delegation met with Yahya bin Saeed al Jabri, Chairman of the Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm (SEZAD), who briefed the delegation on SEZAD and the investment opportunities available in Duqm. Members of the delegation toured a number of projects in Duqm, such as the dry dock, Duqm port, Renaissance Village, Duqm Police Complex and the industrial, tourism and logistics areas.
