Zain Real Estate Development launched its new OMR22 million residential project Muna Gardens which is strategically located in the Al Muna area at Bausher Heights. It is only 10 minutes away from Muscat International Airport and 5 minutes away from the ministries area, Royal Hospital, Muscat Hospital, Mall of Oman, said Mishaal Mohammed Al Raisi, chief executive officer of Zain Real Estate Development.
The project will be the first green residential city in the heart of Muscat, consisting of 122 villas divided into 4 types of villas. There are twin villas, townhouses and luxury villas surrounded by green spaces, and all the facilities and services required for modern life.

Types of luxury villas
“There are four types of luxurious villas to be built in the city of Muna Gardens,” Al Raisi said. The first type is the Townhouse Villas, some of which have 3 bedrooms and others have 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool. The second type is Twin House Villas, some of which have 3 bedrooms with a working room and a swimming pool above the jetty, while the other consists of 4 bedrooms with a working room and a swimming pool.
The third type is a Twin Villa with three bedrooms, while the fourth type is the Twin Villa Luxury with four bedrooms.
The project offers a central air conditioning system on the ground floor as well as a control system for the villa’s main gate and thermal insulating glass balconies with a dedicated barbecue area.
