PREMIUMS
A 15% premium on card rate is applicable for specific positions, first 25 pages or consecutive pages.

ISSUANCE AND CLOSING DATES
OER is published monthly in the first week of the month. Reservations for space are due on the 10th of the month preceding the issue date. Ad materials are due on the 20th of the month preceding the issue date. No cancellation can be accepted after the ad material deadline.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Colour advertisement must be supplied as artwork or films/colour separations with a screen ruling of 150-170 lpi along with printed proofs. Ad materials can be sent digitally in PDF format with printed proofs. (Fonts all embedded, picture in high resolution and CMYK format.) An additional 10% will be charged for making artworks.
