United Media Services - Established in 1988, UMS is one of Oman's largest media establishments with a number of specialised divisions. With team strength of over 100, UMS is a formidable force in the field of communications today, covering every aspect of media and integrated communication operations.

UMS has been providing value-added communication solutions to some of the most prominent business conglomerates in the Sultanate, and has built an enviable reputation of a 'pioneer' in the media and communications field.

Unparalleled in its resources, highly professional set-up and technology base, UMS is Oman's complete Media & Communications Company and the only one which has the capability of creating, selling and distributing any relevant (advertising) medium.

United Media Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renaissance Services SAOG - a member of the highly diversified Tawoos Group (Its patron being His Highness Sayyid Shabib bin Taimur Al Said - uncle of the Sultan). UMS Publishing

In line with its ambition to consolidate itself as a premier media organisation that is second to none, the publishing division has a number of prestigious publications - each one an acclaimed and widely read title. United Media Services is one of the leading media consulting and space selling companies in the Sultanate.

The division represents some of Europe's and Asia's most influential publications and most-read titles such as The Economist, Al Khaleej, Khaleej Times, and Indian Express, Living Media Group & Malayala Manorama, in the Indian subcontinent. Our experienced space-sellers and media planners assist clients in getting the maximum value out of their ad-spend. Retaining its separate revenue model, this business does provide the vital support of ensuring the reach of UMS publications.
