For his research on natural hazards in the Sultanate of Oman, the geoscientist Prof. Dr Gösta Hoffmann from the German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech), Department of Applied Geosciences, was awarded with the National Research Award of The Research Council (TRC) yesterday evening.
